THE TECHNICAL TEAM OF TIC TIMOR I.P. PROVIDED PORTAL ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR CNFP EMPLOYEES


DILI, July 15, 2024 -- The technical team of the TIC TIMOR I.P. Agency, through the Information and Application System Development Directorate (DDSIA Portuguese acronym), provided Official Portal Administration Management training to employees of the National Center for Training Professional (CNFP Portuguese acronym).

The objective of the training aims to facilitate ways on how to manage and administrating the mentioned Portal, in order for them to transmit CNFP information to the public.

At the opening of the training, the Director of DDSIA, Mr. Justo Fernandes, highlighted that, based on the program of the IX Constitutional Government, aims to facilitate capacity building for all employees all over the territory of Timor-Leste, ways on how to use the digital system with a view in improving the functioning of the provision of services in public institutions.

This year TIC TIMOR I.P. is looking forward to work in cooperation with the “Comissão da Função Pública (CFP)” or Commission for Public Service and INAP to carry out Feasibility Studies related to the training of public employees in areas of technology.

Considering that today's world, technological issues become pertinent for our nation, as the Timor-Leste's decided to join the ASEAN and the WTO. Therefore, we have to start now, focusing on the areas of technology bearing in mind that we are now entering to the technology digital world.

On the same occasion, the Executive Director of the CNFP, Mrs. Bernardete Pinto Miranda Gomes, conveyed her expression of gratitude to TIC TIMOR I.P. for their availability in responding the CNFP's requesition to develop the Portal Official.

Furthermore, the Executive Director requested at the same time the TIC TIMOR, to develop the CNFP Database System in order to facilitate the administration services of the mentioned institute.

The Executive Director also requested the participants to take advantage of the opportunity granted, thus they will be able to develop the Official Portal by themselves, in order to transmit information to the public

The training was carried out during 3 (three) days, in the CNFP office building in Becora. At the end of the training, TIC TIMOR awarded Certificate of Appreciation to all participants of the capacity building.
